Companies Already Know the Problems. The Challenge Is Changing the Outcomes.
The Wellbeing Summit 2026, organized by INTRAMA, once again brought together some of the companies and professionals leading the conversation around workplace health and wellbeing. HEWEGO had the opportunity to attend alongside our colleagues from Athlon and share reflections on one of the key challenges organizations are currently facing.
Today, companies understand better than ever the impact that stress, sedentary lifestyles, emotional wellbeing, sleep quality, and musculoskeletal conditions have on both individuals and organizations. They also have more resources, tools, and programs than ever to address these challenges. However, the key question is no longer what to do, but how to ensure that these initiatives generate meaningful and lasting change.
Informing Matters. Supporting People Is What Creates Change.
One of the ideas that repeatedly emerged throughout the event was the gap that still exists between knowing and doing. Most people are aware of the basic recommendations for taking care of their health, yet turning that knowledge into long-term habits remains one of the biggest challenges.
Experience shows that information campaigns alone have limited impact. Real transformation happens when people have access to tools that help them better understand their situation, actively participate in their own wellbeing, and progress through small, achievable changes adapted to their reality. Health does not improve simply because we receive information; it improves when we are able to integrate that information into our daily lives.

The Future of Wellbeing Will Be More Human and More Personalized.
Another clear trend highlighted during the Wellbeing Summit was the need to move beyond one-size-fits-all approaches and toward more personalized models. Every individual goes through different life stages and faces different challenges. Someone experiencing menopause does not have the same needs as someone trying to regain physical activity, manage hypertension, or improve emotional wellbeing.
At HEWEGO, we believe this is where one of the greatest opportunities for the future of health lies: helping people better understand what they are experiencing, develop the skills needed to take care of their health, and sustain meaningful behaviors over time.
Because the future of wellbeing will not depend on doing more activities. It will depend on making the right actions happen at the right time for each person.
